Through Others' Eyes Photography Exhibit At the Puffin Foundation Through September 10
Beautiful and inspiring photographs from the Through Others' Eyes youth and women's projects are on view at The Puffin Foundation, 20 Puffin Way, Teaneck, New Jersey until September 10th. Sixteen Israeli youth from the program were present for the opening of the exhibition on August 5th.
Through Others' Eyes addresses the need for contact and interaction between Arabs and Jews who rarely, if ever, have the opportunity to meet one another given the segregated nature of Israeli society. Through Others' Eyes youth and women's groups take place once a week in each others' homes and communities and on the Givat Haviva campus, where they develop relationships and engage in meaningful dialogue through the lens of photography.
